Shipping and Returns
1. What countries do you ship?
At the moment we only deliver to the UK, EU, USA & UAE. For the UK, this includes Northern Island, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
2. Do you process orders during weekends and public holidays?
Unfortunately, we don’t process orders during weekends or on public holidays.
3. How do I track my order(package)?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your parcel.
4. Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We are currently using Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL Express.
5. Is the shipping free?
We do tend to have free shipping on minimum spends or promotional periods, please check our product page shipping tab as we update this tab regularly inline with any changes to our trading environment.
6. How long does the shipping take?
We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day (Tue-Fri) if ordered before 12pm. Orders placed on a Monday will be dispatched the next working day. Please check no.9 for timescales.
7. Do I have to pay import taxes?
Sales taxes for the UK are calculated on checkout and are included in our prices. Import taxes for EU, USA, UAE and Rest of the World are not included in our shop prices and should be paid by you upon import into your country directly to your customs authorities.
8. How to purchase wholesale?
Please complete the form on our contact us page, we do not sell wholesale directly through our website.
9. How much is it for delivery?
Please check our product pages shipping tab for up to date pricing information or the checkout page for your basket.
Returns are subject to our Standard Shipping & Returns Policy.
1. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, if the product has not been used and it is in the original packaging unopened or damaged.
Please keep in mind shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer and we can’t refund them. We recommend you to pack the product appropriately, we cannot take responsibilities for products damaged during transit.
2. Can I return an opened and used product?
Yes, you can return an opened product, if you have tried it once and had an allergic reaction or other irritation. However, we can’t accept a return if you have been using our products multiple times. For the return we will require a photograph as a proof.
