Shipping Information

1. What countries do you ship?
At the moment we only deliver to the UK and USA. For the UK, this includes Northern Island, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

2. Do you process orders during weekends and public holidays?
Unfortunately, we don’t process orders during weekends and public holidays.

3. How do I track my order(package)?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your parcel. 

4. Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We are currently using Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL Express.

5. Is the shipping free?
Shipping is currently free for UK orders £30+ and for USA orders $75+, be sure to be subscribed to our Skincare Squad emails or social media for any other promotions.

6. How long does the shipping take?
We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before 2pm. Please check no.9 for timescales.

7. Do I have to pay import taxes?
Sales taxes for the UK are calculated on checkout and are included in our prices. Import taxes for EU and Rest of the World we are still working on and will update our process when we launch EU and International orders.

8. How to purchase wholesale?
Please complete the form on our contact us page, we do not sell wholesale directly through our website.

1. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, if the product has not been used and it is in the original packaging unopened or damaged.
Please keep in mind shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer and we can ‘t refund them. We recommend you to pack the product appropriately, we cannot take responsibilities for products damaged during transit.

2. Can I return an opened and used product?
Yes, you can return an opened product, if you have tried it once and had a allergic reaction or other irritation. However, we can’t accept a return if you have been using our products multiple times. For the return we will require a photograph as a proof. If you have any other questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
